These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the services, responsibilities, obligations, and limitations governing the Website-as-a-Service (“WaaS”) provided by Getonto (“Service Provider”, “We”, “Us”). By subscribing to any Getonto plan and using our services, the client (“You”, “Client”, “Business Owner”) agrees to the following terms.
1. Service Overview
Getonto provides a Website-as-a-Service model, which includes:
- Free custom website design and setup
- Monthly hosting services (₹499 or ₹999 depending on plan)
- Ongoing website maintenance
- Unlimited content edits
- Security updates and monitoring
- Mobile-responsive, SEO-ready design
- Access to additional paid marketing and automation services
No upfront website design fees are charged. The only mandatory cost is hosting.
2. Definition of “Free Website Design”
“Free Website Design” refers to:
- One-time website design and development
- Based on details provided by the client
- Delivered typically within 3–4 days
- Unlimited content edits AFTER launch
- Included as part of the active monthly hosting plan
The design remains free as long as the client maintains an active hosting subscription.
3. Hosting Fee & Payment Terms
- Startup Plan – ₹499/month
- Growth Plan – ₹999/month
- Store Plan – ₹2999/month
3.1 Billing Cycle
- Monthly hosting fees must be paid in advance.
- Failure to pay within 7 days of due date may lead to suspension of website and services.
3.2 Refund Policy
- Hosting fees are non-refundable once paid.
- No partial refunds for mid-month cancellations.
4. Domain Name
Domains are purchased by the client independently. Domain fees are not included in hosting charges since they are mandatory for any website.
5. Client Responsibilities
To deliver the website within 3–4 days, the client must:
- Provide accurate business information
- Share service list, pricing, photos, contact details
- Review drafts promptly
- Approve or provide revision notes quickly
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring copyright permissions for all photos, text, and media shared
- Compliance with all applicable laws for their business or website content
6. Service Provider Responsibilities
- Design & deliver a functional, responsive, professional website
- Provide SSL security, hosting setup, and site maintenance
- Offer unlimited content updates (text, images, service changes)
- Maintain uptime, security patches, backups, and performance optimization
- Offer support via email/chat
- Provide advanced features based on plan (CRM integration, payment gateways, etc.)
7. Unlimited Edits Policy
“Unlimited edits” refers to:
- Content changes
- Image replacements
- Text updates
- Adding/editing services/products
Unlimited edits DO NOT include:
- Complete redesign from scratch
- Changing theme/structure repeatedly
- Adding new advanced functionalities not part of the plan
- Custom coding work beyond standard scope
A redesign request after initial approval may be chargeable.
8. Website Ownership
8.1 Design Ownership
- Website design, structure, and backend remain the intellectual property of Getonto.
- Client receives usage rights as long as hosting is active.
8.2 Content Ownership
The client owns:
- Their photographs
- Business details
- Text provided by them
- Logos and branding elements
8.3 Website Export
- The website design cannot be exported, duplicated, or migrated after cancellation.
- Client may request a static export of text and media only.
9. Suspension & Cancellation
9.1 Suspension
- Unpaid hosting fees for more than 7 days
- Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful website activity
- Abuse of support staff or misuse of services
9.2 Cancellation by Client
The client may cancel anytime by notifying us 7 days before renewal.
9.3 Data Handling After Cancellation
- Website will be taken offline
- Content (text & images) can be provided on request
10. Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to use the website for:
- Illegal goods or services
- Copyright infringement
- Harmful scripts or malware
- Spam, phishing, or abusive activities
Getonto reserves the right to remove such content immediately.
11. Service Timeframes
Expected delivery timelines:
- Requirements call: same day
- Content collection: Day 1
- Website draft: Days 2–3
- Go-Live: Day 4
Timelines may vary due to client response, complexity, or holidays.
12. Marketing & Add-On Services
Optional add-on services include:
- Google Ads management
- Facebook/Instagram ads
- SEO campaigns
- AI receptionist agents
- Marketing automations
- Social media management
- Graphic design services
These are separate paid services not included in hosting plans.
13. Limitation of Liability
Getonto is not liable for:
- Business losses due to downtime
- Delays caused by third-party providers
- Loss of profits or customer inquiries
- Incorrect or misleading content supplied by the client
- Security issues caused by client misuse or weak passwords
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
14. Support & Communication
Support is available via:
Priority support applies only to Growth Plan users.
15. Modifications to Terms
Getonto may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms become effective immediately.
16. Acceptance
By subscribing to any hosting plan, the client agrees to ALL the terms above and confirms understanding of:
- Free website model
- Hosting-based subscription
- Ownership structure
- Cancellation policy
- Limitations and responsibilities
