1. Our commitment

Accessibility is treated as part of design quality, not an add-on. We aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a working target.

2. What is in place

• Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure on every page
• Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link
• Labelled form fields, grouped controls and clear required-field indication
• Alternative text for meaningful imagery and decorative markup hidden from assistive technology
• Colour combinations chosen for readable contrast, with type set at comfortable reading sizes
• Generous touch targets and layouts that respond from mobile to large desktop
• Full support for reduced-motion preferences: scroll animations and three-dimensional scenes resolve to calm static compositions

3. Known limitations

This website has not been independently audited or certified, and we do not claim full conformance with any standard.

Areas we are still improving include richer descriptions for the abstract three-dimensional scenes, screen-reader testing across a wider range of assistive technologies, and continued review of contrast in the darker sections as content grows.

4. Tell us what is not working

If any part of this website creates a barrier, email hello@getonto.org with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Describe the page, your device, browser and assistive technology, and what happened.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and will offer the information you were seeking in an alternative format while a fix is made.
